2.1.1 Honed seamless thick barrel
We adopt hot rolled seamless steel tube with inner precision honing treatment, barrel wall thickness is thicker than ordinary market models. Thick barrel can reduce cylinder deformation under continuous high pressure, and inner honing eliminates scratches which will cause internal oil leakage.
Double clevis lugs are one-piece forged steel instead of thin sheet splicing welding. The connection position between clevis and barrel uses 8-12mm full penetration submerged arc welding, welding seam is thick and uniform, effectively prevent lug crack under heavy lateral force of tractor and log splitter.
Piston rod surface is precision ground then coated with 28-32μm hard chrome layer. Thick chrome coating brings stable anti-rust and wear resistance, the coating will not peel off even under one-year continuous muddy farm working.
Standard assembly uses NBR rubber seals to match conventional hydraulic oil under normal temperature. FKM fluorine rubber seals are optional upgrade for high temperature equipment working from -20℃ to 180℃, completely block internal and external oil leakage.
Every finished welded double clevis hydraulic cylinder must pass 1.5 times overload pressure hold test for 30 minutes and full air tightness inspection before shipment. We record test data for each cylinder, and can provide complete pressure test report for bulk order clients.
