Recently, HCIC grandly held its annual conference under the theme "Unite Hearts, Move Forward Together, and Create a Glorious Future". This grand event not only summarized and recognized the achievements of the past year but also collectively outlined the blueprint for future development.
The annual meeting commenced with a retrospective video on the large screen, showcasing key milestones from 1998 to 2024, team group photos, and major projects. This visual journey vividly demonstrated HCIC's steady growth in product innovation, quality control, and global market expansion, allowing every employee to deeply appreciate that each step of the company's development is a testament to the collective efforts of all colleagues.
One of the key components of the annual meeting is the grand recognition of outstanding teams and individuals who have excelled over the past year. The employees' self-created performances were dazzling, with the creative three-line skit "Huachen Hao" (a traditional Chinese comedy) captivating the audience with its witty dialogue and vibrant traditional costumes. The energetic dance "The Most dazzling ethnic style" further elevated the atmosphere to its peak.
The highlights went far beyond these. A heartfelt guitar performance left the audience breathless, while a duet ignited the crowd's passion for chorus. The stand-up “My Social Anxiety Evolution” killed it. It was a funny, relatable story about coming out of your shell, and the whole room was laughing and nodding like they’d lived it too.
